My Reports - Report Format 2
Ceridian Data as a Service (DaaS) is in the process of migrating all reports to this new format (referred to in the Help as Report Format 2). The migration is occurring over the next several product releases. Currently, all of the following reports are migrated to the new format:

Only users assigned the ACA attribute see these reports.
Name | Description |
---|---|
Acknowledgement Error Statuses | Shows errors that the IRS found in customer ACA data that Ceridian has transmitted to the IRS. The report includes employer and employee information, and information to identify where the errors are so they can corrected. Information found in this page can be downloaded in a CSV file. |
Error | Shows errors that Ceridian found in customer ACA data after receiving the data from the customer and before sending it to the IRS to file. The Ceridian rules that find these errors are based on IRS rules. These errors include both company and employee data. Error information found in this page can be downloaded in a CSV file. |
FEIN Status | For finding the status of ACA data files submitted to Ceridian for filing with the IRS. This is the first place to look to check whether an original ACA file transmitted to Ceridian has been received and processed successfully. After transmitting an ACA file to Ceridian, allow 30 minutes processing time before checking here. |

Only users assigned the Tax - Funding attribute see these reports.

Advanced Funding Report | Contains Funding Activity, Wage Attachment Funding and Disbursement Activity, and Net Pay Exception Activity after funds have been received and posted. The Wage Attachment Activity and Net Pay Exception Activity contain associated employee detail information. This report can be scheduled by clicking the icon next to the Report Name. The scheduled report is delivered as a Comma Separated Value (CSV) formatted file. |
Expected Funding Report |
Contains a list of liabilities for the selected date range with their assigned funding due date. The results may not be completely accurate if data is retrieved more than 3 business days prior to check date. |

Only users assigned the Tax - Payment Solutions attribute see these reports.
Note: These reports are referred to as International Money Movement (IMM) reports also.

Check Status |
Contains a list of all checks processed by Payment Solutions by status. This report reports the age of each check in days and allows checks to be selected by check date range or specific check number. |
Checks Outstanding for 30 Days | Lists checks over 30-days old that were sent to a partner bank but haven't been paid or voided. |
Daily Import Report |
Lists Ceridian check and direct deposit files that were imported into the disbursement system. The report includes item count and dollar amounts. |
Direct Deposit Returns Report | Lists client returns processed within a date range. Returns could be Notice of Change-based (NOC) on direct deposit returns. |
Paid Checks | Lists checks paid by partner banks. |
Voided Ceridian Check Report | Lists Ceridian checks automatically voided because they were outstanding over 180 days. |

File Summary Report | Identifies the batch IDs the payrolls were assigned to in the payroll file and the tax liabilities for each payroll, by tax code. |
New Hire Report | Lists new hires and rehired employees that Ceridian has reported on your company's behalf to the appropriate jurisdiction. Also, identifies employees that have not been sent because of error, missing, or incorrectly formatted value, or because they were received since the last batch of new hires was transmitted. |
Payroll Employee Accumulation Report | Contains the accumulated Quarter-to-Date and Year-to-Date amounts for a single employee from all of the payrolls for the year. |
Payroll Employee Detail Report | Contains all wage and tax detail data from one or more payroll periods for a single employee. |
Payroll Tax Accumulation Report | Displays accumulated or running Quarter-to-Date and Year-to-Date amounts, summarized by tax code. These numbers reflect the accumulated amounts from all the payrolls for the year. |
Payroll Tax Details Report | Displays all wage and tax detail data from the payroll file summarized by tax code. |
Payroll Wage Attachment Report |
Displays wage attachment information for the selected check date or Ceridian create date.
Note: Available for Ceridian wage attachment customers only. |
Summary Report |
Summarizes tax liability information by tax code based on the paycheck detail data received in the XML file. |

The Historical PDE reports give users access to payroll processing data produced by Ceridian Payroll Data Exchange (PDE). PDE is being replaced by the new system that produces payroll processing reports. Until PDE is retired, the archived payroll processing data available in the historical reports will not be complete.
These historical reports render data from July 2020 through July 2022.
Only users assigned the Tax - Historical PDE attribute see these reports.
Note: The historical reports may take longer to generate.

FUTA Annual Statement | Contains summary reports that you can use to reconcile your company's annual federal unemployment tax liabilities, payments, and other information filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). |
FUTA Annual Statement Schedule A | Contains supplemental annual state unemployment data for FUTA credit reduction tax that is filed along with the annual federal unemployment tax return with the IRS. |
Local Annual Reconciliation | Contains summary reports that you can use to reconcile your company’s annual local withholding tax (LIT) liabilities, payments, and other information filed with the tax agencies. |
State Combined Annual Reconciliation | Contains summary reports that you can use to reconcile your company’s annual state withholding tax (SIT) and unemployment tax (SUI) liabilities, payments, and other information filed with the tax agencies. (Combined state filings are for CA, ME, MT, NJ, NY, OR, and WY). |
State SIT Annual Reconciliation | Contains summary reports that you can use to reconcile your company’s annual state withholding tax (SIT) liabilities, payments, and other information filed with the tax agencies. |
Year-end W-2 Analysis | Used to identify YTD variances. Produced during year-end processing, this report is the primary balancing report that compares W-2 Totals from your annual/W-2 file to both the YTD totals provided in the customer’s quarterly file and the Ceridian cumulative total of tax returns filed. |
Year-end W-2 Variance | Compares W-2 data filed to CTS with the calculated YTD total (quarterly totals) and calls out where the variance between these totals is greater than a selected percentage, from 5% to 25%. |

Customer Profile Report | Provides an overview of key customer information that includes legal and mailing addresses, contact details, and banking information. The report also includes the tax codes and jurisdictions on the customer’s tax profile. |

General Ledger Report | Provides payroll tax liability, deposit, and funding information. |
Inquiries and Amendments Report | Provides information on the amendment and inquiry activity. |
Jurisdiction Activity Report | Provides payroll tax liability and deposit information for selected tax codes and jurisdictions. |
Liabilities and Deposits Report | Provides payroll tax liability and deposit information. |
Prepaid Activity Report | Provides payroll tax liability and deposit information for new customers who had prior activity in the same quarter that the Ceridian Tax service began. This information was processed by either the customer or another payroll tax service. |
Tax Liability History Report |
Provides detailed information on the payroll and tax files received for Tax Filing. |

QE Edit Variance | Compares QTD and YTD data received to the calculated QTD and YTD totals and identifies variances over 5%. |
State Combined Statement | Contains summary reports that you can use to reconcile your company’s quarterly state withholding tax (SIT) and unemployment tax (SUI) liabilities, payments, and other information filed with the tax agencies. Tasks

- To open the report, use one of the methods described in the To access and open reports section.
Note: If you are running a standard report, depending on the report, one or more parameters are available to help you narrow your search results for specific information.
- Enter the search criteria and report parameters to find the client and the information you are looking for.
Based on your selection, additional options and fields may appear.
- If you plan to export the report data to Microsoft® Excel®, and you want data separated on separate tabs, in Excel Tabs select Yes.
By default, No is selected.
- Select or enter information in all other fields as needed.
- Click View Report.
Tip: The View Report button is located on the far right side of the page. Depending on your monitor's resolution setting, you may need to scroll to display the button.

Use this procedure to export or save a report to your computer in a different format, such as Excel or PDF.
Warning: If pop-up blockers are turned on, the export will fail. If this happens, turn off pop-up blockers. Then, open and export the report again.
- To open the report, use one of the methods described in the To access and open reports section.

Enter the search criteria and report parameters to find the client and the information you are looking for. Based on your entries, additional options and fields may appear.
- Enter and select information as needed and click View Report.
Tip: The View Report button is located on the far right side of the page. Depending on your monitor's resolution setting, you may need to scroll to display the button.
- When the report appears, at the top of the report, click Export.
- From the list that appears, select a report format.
Note: Excel is the recommended format for exporting reports. If you export your reports in Excel format, you can change the exported data as needed.

The browser you are using determines the next step in the procedure.
If you are using ... Do this ... Google® Chrome® The report is saved to the Downloads folder on your computer. Your browser settings determine if the report automatically opens or if you open the report from the Downloads folder.
Microsoft® Edge® The report is saved to the Downloads folder on your computer and appears in the Download list in the tool bar at the top of this page. If the download list doesn't automatically appear, click .
To open the report, click Open file.
Mozilla® Firefox® On the window that appears, do this:
- Click one of the following options:
- Open with to open the report before you save it to your computer.
Note: Click the drop-down arrow to select the program you want to use to open the report.
- Save File to save the report directly to your computer without opening it.
DaaS saves the report to the Downloads folder on your computer.
- Open with to open the report before you save it to your computer.
- If you want DaaS to use the same option (Open or Save) that you selected for this image on all other reports you export, select Do this automatically for files like this from now on.
- Click OK.
- Click one of the following options:
