Profile and Settings

The following sections show on the Profile and Settings page:

• General information (not labeled)
• Contact Information

General Information

This section is at the top of the page and includes:

• Your profile picture

  If you haven't added a profile picture, the DaaS picture placeholder appears.

• Your organization's name
• Your role

Note: In this section, the only information you can change is your profile picture. You can upload a new picture or change or delete an existing picture.

Profile Pictures

Your profile picture appears in the following two locations in DaaS:

• On the Home page in the User Information section (not labeled).

  

• In the System Details section that appears when you click on the toolbar.

  

Contact Information

You can use this section on the page to review or manage your contact information, which includes:

• Addresses
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Emergency contact information

1. Open the Profile and Settings page.
   How?

   Do one of the following:

   • On the Home page in the User Information section (not labeled), click Profile & Settings.

     The User Information section is located on the upper left side of the Home page.

   • On the toolbar, click the System Details icon (). Then, click Profile & Settings.
2. Click Edit Picture.
3. Do one of the following:

   How to add and delete a profile picture

   To ...	Click ...
   Add a profile picture	Upload Picture. The File Upload window opens. Locate and select the picture you want to upload and click Open. On the confirmation message that appears, click Ok. Your new profile picture replaces your previous profile picture. If no profile picture was previously selected, the new profile picture replaces the DaaS picture placeholder.
   Delete a profile picture	Delete Picture. On the confirmation message that appears, click Ok. DaaS replaces your previous profile picture with the picture placeholder.

   How?

   Do one of the following:

   • On the Home page in the User Information section (not labeled), click Profile & Settings.

     The User Information section is located on the upper left side of the Home page.

   • On the toolbar, click the System Details icon (). Then, click Profile & Settings.
2. In the Addresses section, click .

   The Addresses window appears.

3. Do one of the following:

   How to add, edit, and delete an address

   To ...	Do this ...
   Add a new address	In Address Type, indicate whether you're adding information for a primary or secondary address. By default, Primary is selected. Enter the mailing address and city. Select the country. Select a state or province. Enter the ZIP Code or postal code.
   Change an address	In Address Type, indicate whether you're changing information for a primary or secondary address. By default, Primary is selected. Make all necessary changes to the address information.
   Delete an address	In Address Type, indicate whether you're deleting a primary or secondary address. By default, Primary is selected. Clear the following fields: Address City ZIP/Postal Code In Country, select Select One. Doing this removes the value in State/Province.

4. Click Save.
5. On the confirmation message that appears, click Ok.

   The Profile and Settings page opens with the new or changed address information. If you deleted an address, information for that address no longer shows in the Addresses section.

   How?

   Do one of the following:

   • On the Home page in the User Information section (not labeled), click Profile & Settings.

     The User Information section is located on the upper left side of the Home page.

   • On the toolbar, click the System Details icon (). Then, click Profile & Settings.
2. In the Contact Information section, click .

   The Contact Information window opens.

3. Use this window to enter information in one or more of the following contact sources:

   How to edit phone numbers, email addresses, and online profiles

   For ...	Do this ...
   Phone Numbers	Select the type of telephone number. By default, Home is selected. Enter the country code. Enter the telephone number using the nnn-nnn-nnnn format. Enter an extension if applicable. To enter another telephone number, click Add New Phone Number and repeat the process. Continue this process until all telephone numbers are added.
   Email Addresses	Select the type of email address. By default, Business Email is selected. Enter the email address. To enter another email address, click Add New Email Address and repeat the process. Continue this process until all email addresses are added.
   Online Profiles	Select the online profile type. By default, Twitter is selected. Enter the online profile address. To enter another an address for another online profile, click Add New Online Profile and repeat the process. Continue this process until all online profile addresses are added.

4. Click Save.

5. On the confirmation message that appears, click Ok.

   The Profile and Settings page opens and shows the new contact information.

   How?

   Do one of the following:

   • On the Home page in the User Information section (not labeled), click Profile & Settings.

     The User Information section is located on the upper left side of the Home page.

   • On the toolbar, click the System Details icon (). Then, click Profile & Settings.
2. In the Contact Information section, click .

   The Contact Information window opens.

3. Make all necessary changes to the current information.
4. Click Save.
5. On the confirmation message that appears, click Ok.

   The Profile and Settings page opens and shows contact information with your changes.

   How?

   Do one of the following:

   • On the Home page in the User Information section (not labeled), click Profile & Settings.

     The User Information section is located on the upper left side of the Home page.

   • On the toolbar, click the System Details icon (). Then, click Profile & Settings.
2. In the Contact Information section, click .

   The Contact Information window opens.

3. For each row of information you want to delete, click .
4. Click Save.
5. On the confirmation message that appears, click Ok.

   The Profile and Settings page opens, and no longer shows the information you deleted.

   • On the Home page in the User Information section (not labeled), click Profile & Settings.

     The User Information section is located on the upper left side of the Home page.

   • On the toolbar, click the System Details icon (). Then, click Profile & Settings.
2. In the Emergency Contacts section, click .

   The Emergency Contacts window opens.

3. Do one of the following:

   How to add, change, and delete an emergency contact

   To ...	Do this ...
   Add an emergency contact	In Contact Type, indicate whether you're adding information for a primary or secondary emergency contact. By default, Primary is selected. Enter the first and last name of the contact. Select your relationship with the contact. By default, Husband is selected. Enter the email address and phone numbers for the contact.
   Change an emergency contact	In Contact Type, indicate whether you're changing information for a primary or secondary contact. By default, Primary is selected. Make all necessary changes to the contact information.
   Delete an emergency contact	In Contact Type, indicate whether you're deleting a primary or secondary contact. By default, Primary is selected. Clear all fields.

4. Click Save.
5. On the confirmation message that appears, click Ok.

   The Profile and Settings page opens and shows the new or changed emergency contact information. If you deleted an emergency contact, information for that contact no longer shows in the Emergency Contacts section.
