About System Requirements

The following list summarizes the recommended system requirements for Data as a Service (DaaS):

• High-speed Internet connection
• 512 megabytes (MB) or more of RAM

• Recommended minimum monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels

  To avoid scrolling, use a resolution of 1280 x 1024. You can also press the F11 key to use Full Screen mode.

• Minimum requirements for supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome 30 and above/ Windows 7 and above
  • Microsoft Edge (All versions)
  • Mozilla Firefox 27 and above/ Windows 8 and above
  • Mozilla Firefox 29 and above/ OS X and above
• Browser must allow first-party cookies
• Adobe Reader 8.0 or later to open, review, and save reports in PDF format
• Microsoft Office Excel 2010 or later to save reports in the Excel spreadsheet format
• Email support

Note: DaaS is a cloud-based product, and the operating system you use doesn't affect it.
